Day 4 week 3 activities 1,2 and 3 hauora


These activities are very mentally changes some of acting skill I hope you or had a great Christmas and happy new year and sorry about no upload yesterday

    You have some good ideas about ways to stay healthy. Eating more fruit and vegetables is a great way to get the vitamins and minerals that our bodies need. What’s your favourite fruit or vegetable? My favourite fruit would be strawberries or feijoas and my favourite vegetable would be spinach because it is so good for you and it’s yummy! There are more documentaries and research coming out that says eating less meat is the best for you, I think it’s because you would be eating more vegetables if you aren’t eating meat.

    Well done for creating a poster that highlights the importance of caring about anyone but especially people who have mental health issues. Have you heard of the saying “ Treat everyone with politeness and kindness, not because they are nice, but because you are” ? It’s about showing everyone kindness even if they aren’t kind to you.

    What has been your favourite thing to do these school holidays? One of my favourite things to do has been working in my veggie garden.
